Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant to support residents and manage accommodation and services. You will be the first point of contact for the premises, handling enquiries via phone, email or in person, while ensuring safety, cleanliness and financial procedures are followed.

The role emphasises customer-facing service, attention to detail and effective liaison with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain a positive image of Great Places.

Qualifications

• Qualifed to minimum level 2 in English and Maths.
• Evidence of IT skills.
• Experience of providing a customer facing, front line service in busy environments.
• Ability to develop, and project, a positive image of Great Places through interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Record and respond to complaints and compliments.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are dealt with promptly.
• Maintain building security and report communal repairs.
• Follow financial procedures and handle monies.
• Oversee communal cleaning and assist with void cleaning.
