Qualifications

• Frontline housing advisor experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service ethos and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks including reception duties and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Handle calls, mail, repairs, and payments as part of reception duties.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Welcome new residents and address complaints or reports of anti-social behaviour.
