Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to deliver high-quality customer service to residents and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and supporting the housing and wellbeing services with reception, safety, and wellbeing tasks.

The role involves coordinating with the Housing and Support team, performing duties such as first aid, health and safety checks, and being the face of the organisation across sites in outer London.

Qualifications

• Reception duties and administrative support

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors and the community
• Assist the Housing and Support team in delivering housing and wellbeing support
• Handle reception duties, telephone, mail, repairs administration and payments
• Act as first aider and fire marshal during shifts and help maintain safety and wellbeing
