Qualifications

• Provide welfare and safeguarding support to asylum seekers.
• Deliver practical and emotional support to individuals and families.
• Identify needs and arrange support packages to promote independence.
• Work with vulnerable client groups, including those with mental health needs or challenging behaviours.
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, local authorities, and partner organisations.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing management and support services to service users.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, voids and inspections while maintaining standards.
• Monitor compliance with key performance indicators and manage risks.
• Identify support needs through assessments and provide advice and assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and care providers to ensure appropriate support.
