Mears Group PLC in Belfast is seeking a Housing Support Officer to help asylum seekers through their Home Office right-to-work process, providing practical and emotional support, safeguarding, welfare monitoring, and meticulous records for compliance.

The post holder will manage a portfolio of homes within an assigned region, coordinating move-ins, move-outs, voids and inspections, while safeguarding wellbeing.

Formación

• Experience supporting asylum seekers or in housing support is desirable.
• Entitlement to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support asylum seekers through their Home Office right-to-work application process.
• Provide practical and emotional support, monitor welfare and ensure record-keeping for compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of homes, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, inspections and risk management.
