Qualifications

• Experience delivering welfare support to vulnerable residents.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and safeguarding.
• Experience conducting home visits and coordinating services.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks linked to vulnerability and deliver targeted support.
• Conduct welfare checks and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain case records and generate reports.
• Represent Raven at multi-agency forums.
