Job summary

You will assess needs, provide practical and emotional assistance, and work with partner agencies to secure appropriate supports across regions. A full UK driving licence is required and duties may include out-of-hours standby.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide practical and emotional support to asylum seekers.
• Ability to monitor wellbeing and keep accurate records for compliance.
• Experience with safeguarding and welfare needs is valued.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support asylum seekers throughout their Home Office application process.
• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals and families.
• Identify needs and arrange tailored support packages to promote independence.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property maintenance within contracted standards.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance and report on KPIs.
