Job summary

Waythrough is hiring a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in Bradford to provide housing related support for people with complex needs, enabling tenancy retention and independent living. The role involves working with the Housing team and Local Authority to tailor support plans and to coordinate wraparound services across Waythrough.

You will assess individual needs, develop action plans, and contribute to a team delivering safe, stable housing outcomes within a large mental health and social care

Qualifications

• Authorised report writing and data input using internal systems.
• Ability to write clear reports and make recommendations.
• Experience in housing or support services.

Responsibilities

• Work with Housing team and Local Authority to provide housing and support to those in need.
• Collaborate with other Waythrough services to provide wraparound support.
• Identify tenants’ needs and develop and implement suitable support plans.
