Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Support Coordinator in Bradford (No Second Night Out) to aid individuals toward stable housing. The role focuses on holistic support, partnership working, and tenancy sustainment within a busy mental health and housing service.

You’ll work 37 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm, in a co-located setting, with a fixed-term contract to end June 2027. The package includes a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting vulnerable people with risk management and safeguarding.
• Ability to manage a caseload and support independence.
• Knowledge of housing options and welfare benefits systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer holistic housing support to NSNO service users in Bradford.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner organisations for comprehensive care.
• Support clients to maintain permanent tenancies and reduce homelessness.
