Qualifications

• Experience in housing, support work, social care, tenancy support, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisation and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete admin tasks.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive and professional relationships with residents.
• Provide practical, person-centred support based on individual needs.
• Assist residents with housing matters, budgeting, and accessing services.
• Encourage residents to develop independence and confidence.
• Maintain support records and documentation accurately.
• Report safeguarding concerns when appropriate.
• Attend team meetings and training.
