Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our housing team. Based in our Leicester offices, you will coordinate tenancy management, oversee rent collection and ensure fair access to housing.

You will help maintain property standards, support residents with tailored plans, and contribute to the association’s values and ethos while delivering a customer‑focussed service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure housing income is collected effectively.
• Ensure fair access, processing of applications, background checks and allocation of vacant properties.
• Maintain H&S and property standards and work as a team to deliver excellent services to residents.
