You will co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection, ensure fair access and allocation of vacant properties, maintain health and safety and property standards, and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure housing income is collected effectively.
• Ensure fair access, process applications, carry out background checks and allocate vacant properties.
• Ensure supported accommodation is available, minimise void turnaround time.
• Maintain H&S and property standards and work as part of a team delivering excellent services.
