Home Group is seeking a customer-focused housing support role in Tow Law to help keep homes safe and well maintained for residents. You will support tenancy management, rent accounts, and ensure timely occupancy turnover while contributing to compliance and safety checks.

The role involves working Monday–Friday, DBS clearance is required and Home Group offers training and a supportive team environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in property management or compliance and health & safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to manage tenancies and rent accounts.
• Turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales.
• Carry out safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities.
• Manage admin, records, orders, and payments for works.
