Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association in Leicester is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to deliver a customer-focused tenancy service. Based in Leicester, you will co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure steady housing income and fair access.

You will process applications, conduct background checks, allocate vacant properties and minimise void turnaround. The role emphasises health and safety, collaboration, and upholding the Association's values while supporting residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection.
• Experience delivering customer-focused housing services is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to compliance standards.
