Job summary

Golden Lane Housing Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital transformation, technology initiatives and the wider project portfolio. You will gather and analyse requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure delivery of business change across projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with housing management systems. Collaboration with SMEs, project teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver effective change.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent (e.g., BCS).
• PRINCE2, Agile or Six Sigma Certifications or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong understanding of business processes and the role of technology in driving business change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of systems integration and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Demonstrate experience of Housing Management application or equivalent.
• Stakeholder engagement across organisation.
