Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/support roles with vulnerable adults.
• Ability to work with complex needs and maintain safeguarding.
• Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple agencies.
• Ability to travel and manage housing-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess service user needs and create person-centred support plans.
• Assist with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims and rent payments.
• Ensure properties meet standards and advise on safe living conditions.
• Collaborate with probation services, housing providers and agencies.
• Help service users develop life skills and move to independent living.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and manage tenancy risks per policy.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure contractual compliance.
