Nacro is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Community Accommodation with Support role covering the Black Country area. The post involves supporting service users, housing applications and tenancy sustainment, and collaborating with probation services, housing providers and other agencies.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential. Starting salary is £26,807 pro rata, rising to £27,477 pro rata in the first year, with progression thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housing-related or support role.
• Experience with vulnerable adults and complex needs.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-agency team.

Responsabilités

• Support service users: assess needs, create plans, assist with housing applications and rent payments.
• Property management: ensure Decent Homes standards and address maintenance issues.
• Collaboration: work with probation, court staff, housing providers, and agencies.
• Tenancy & independence support: develop life skills and move-on planning.
• Risk & safeguarding: identify concerns and document actions per policy.
• Record keeping & compliance: maintain timely case records.
