Nacro in London is seeking a Community Accommodation with Support worker. The total annual salary is £32,807, comprising a base salary of £26,807, a £1,000 unsociable hours allowance and 17.98% area weighting.

This is a full‑time, permanent post with travel across the assigned area and a valid driving license. You will assess service users’ needs, create safe, person‑centred support plans, and assist with housing applications, rent payments and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or housing-related role.
• Experience with vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and organisation.
• Ability to work in multi-agency teams.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and welfare benefits.
• Excellent record-keeping and ICT skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess support needs and create person-centred plans.
• Ensure properties meet Decent Homes Standard and address maintenance.
• Collaborate with probation services, housing providers and agencies.
• Help service users develop life skills and tenancy sustainment.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and document actions per policy.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure contractual compliance.
