Job summary

Seetec in the UK is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Accommodation Support Team, ensuring participants receive housing support across custody and community settings while delivering a high-quality service aligned with organisational objectives and strategies. You will set direction, monitor performance and support the team to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of local and national housing issues including social deprivation and legislation.
• Knowledge of the range and breadth of housing support providers.
• Experience of working holistically with partners to achieve effective outcomes.
• A comprehensive understanding of offender management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach and develop the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service which meets the targets, standards and outcomes required
• Ensure accommodation staff activities are appropriately risk assessed and adhere to health and safety policy and guidance
• Encourage the development and maintenance of partnership working, and promote good public relations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities that could be delivered by the accommodation team
