Job summary

Seetec seeks an Accommodation Support Officer to assist adults with housing needs, including those in custody or on probation, to develop tailored accommodation plans and provide ongoing support.

You will conduct initial assessments, work with probation teams, and help participants understand their rights while coordinating with external stakeholders. Bristol-based, full-time, fixed-term contract through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, mental health, education, or related fields.
• Ability to assess housing needs and develop accommodation plans.
• Commitment to safeguarding and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and create personalised accommodation plans.
• Conduct initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and address emerging risks.
