Job summary

Seetec Communities is recruiting an Accommodation Support Officer to assist participants with housing needs in Dorset & Somerset. You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and develop personalised accommodation plans in partnership with probation practitioners.

We value empathy, resilience and strong interpersonal skills. The role is full-time (37 hours), fixed-term until 25 March 2027, with on-site training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and produce personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks and concerns.
