Job summary

Seetec is seeking a Team Manager for the Accommodation Support Team, overseeing a group of Accommodation Support Officers to deliver the Dynamic Framework service in custody and community settings. The role requires strong communication across levels and a deep understanding of housing issues and providers.

Hybrid working across the south west region is expected with travel as needed. The role offers a competitive salary, 25 days leave plus holidays, pension contributions, and a benefits portal.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of local and national housing issues including social deprivation and legislation.
• Knowledge of the range and breadth of housing support providers.
• Experience working holistically with partners to achieve effective outcomes.
• Comprehensive understanding of offender management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach and develop the team, ensuring delivery of a high-quality service meeting targets and standards.
• Ensure staff activities are risk assessed and adhere to health and safety policy.
• Foster partnership working and positive public relations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities for the accommodation team.
