Job summary

Seetec’s Communities division seeks an Accommodation Support Officer to manage a caseload and develop tailored accommodation plans for participants. You will work with probation practitioners to assess needs and support housing decisions, guiding individuals through rights and processes.

We offer on-site training and ongoing support, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds. The role emphasises empathy, resilience and strong stakeholder relationships in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• High level interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
