Job summary

Seetec Business Technology Centre in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to help participants with housing needs. You will manage a caseload of adult males, perform initial assessments with risk and need considerations, and develop tailored accommodation plans, in partnership with probation practitioners.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dorset & Somerset, with a fixed-term contract until 25 March 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work with diverse backgrounds and settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and produce personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes using the case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks or concerns.
