Job summary

Seetec Business Technology Centre in Redhill is hiring an Accommodation Support Officer to manage caseloads of participants requiring housing support. You will perform initial assessments, develop tailored accommodation plans, and navigate housing challenges in collaboration with probation practitioners.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and careful case management to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accommodation (incl. legislation) desirable.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
