Job summary

Hamilton Woods Group is seeking a proactive Housing Support Officer to deliver a comprehensive housing management service across a defined patch in North London. You will support residents with tenancy matters and welfare documentation, and work closely with operational teams to manage start dates, terminations and transfers.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence, and offers a permanent contract with a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive housing management service across a designated patch.
• Support residents with welfare and benefit documentation.
• Coordinate tenancy start dates, terminations and transfers with teams.
• Prepare tenancy documentation and resident welcome information.
• Provide arrears and account information to income teams for debt resolution.
• Offer guidance on rent accounts, welfare benefits and tenancy matters.
• Review needs and risk assessments to ensure effective housing management.
