Zusammenfassung

Solo Housing is recruiting Housing & Support Delivery Officers to manage a varied caseload across the Diss, Thetford, Dereham, Wymondham, Cromer and Poringland areas. You will deliver person‑led support, maintain tenancies and work with customers to overcome barriers toward independence.

You will handle tenancy management, develop support plans, coordinate with services, and contribute to safe, compliant housing provision. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering housing management services within social housing.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Deliver meaningful support planning and regular keywork sessions with customers.
• Support customers to maintain their tenancy and make positive changes in their lives.
• Help customers access relevant services and become more involved in their local community.
• Carry out sign-ups, settling-in visits and routine tenancy visits.
• Manage tenancy-related issues including rent arrears and service charges.
• Address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches as needed.
• Undertake legal casework such as debt recovery and eviction proceedings when required.
• Carry out property inspections and coordinate with Property Services to resolve issues.
• Minimise empty homes and re-let properties quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contact and support plans.
• Champion Health & Safety and Adult Safeguarding.
• Contribute to KPI achievement and commissioned outcomes.
• Build relationships with colleagues, commissioners and external partners.
