Job summary

Solo Housing is seeking multiple experienced Housing & Support Delivery Officers to join our team. You will be based out of the Diss, Thetford, Dereham, Wymondham areas, Cromer or Poringland, delivering person‑centred housing management and tenancy sustainment to customers with complex needs.

In this frontline role you will build professional relationships, carry out keywork, support people to sustain tenancies, access services and progress towards independent, settled housing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services within social housing.
• Ability to work with customers with complex needs or chaotic lifestyles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful support planning and regular keywork sessions with customers.
• Support customers to maintain their tenancy and make positive changes.
• Help customers access relevant services and engage with their local community.
