Job Details

In partnership with Waythrough, Darlington Borough Council have been successful in their application for funding from Homes England and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) from the Single Homeless Accommodation Programme (SHAP). The funding is to secure 12 properties that will be ringfenced for this project as well as 2 full-time Support Workers.

1. To work as part of a team to deliver support packages for YP in our dispersed accommodation and support YP to maintain their accommodation.
2. Complete robust support plans and risk assessment to work towards independent living in the community.
3. Working closely with our stakeholders and commissioners and adopting a multi-agency approach to provide wrap-around support.
