Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in London is seeking a Housing Support Assistant to join our vibrant supported housing schemes at The Chocolate Factory, Clarendon Road, London. The role is temporary, up to 12 months, with a pay rate of £15.26 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.

You will oversee day‑to‑day housing management, support tenancy and void coordination, and promote safeguarding, while building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenancy services
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Experience using housing management systems is desirable
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels
• Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures

Your role
