London Borough of Merton is seeking a motivated Rough Sleeper Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join the Housing Options Service. You will work directly with individuals who have experienced rough sleeping, providing practical, person-centred support to help them access accommodation and sustain their tenancy.

• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping or complex housing and support needs is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills are essential.
