St Mungo’s in London seeks a Rough Sleeper Navigator for the Kensington and Chelsea Navigator Team. This fixed-term 12-month contract supports individuals who experience homelessness, delivering bespoke, through-care casework to sustain safe housing and prevent renewed homelessness.

You will build relationships with local authorities and housing providers, facilitate access to health services, and lead complex casework with trauma-informed practice while working across London locations with

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence partner agencies and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills for independent, remote work.
• Trauma-informed approach in client support and boundaries.
