Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to rough sleepers and assess their needs to help move them toward stable housing.
• Build trust and offer person-centred advocacy to navigate services.
• Collaborate with housing, health services, police, and accommodation providers to maximise positive outcomes.
• Support clients to engage with recovery, develop life skills, and access benefits.
• Carry out strength-based assessments and plan interventions for each client.
