Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a proactive Rough Sleeper Navigator to deliver trauma-informed support to people sleeping rough across the county. You will manage a caseload and help clients move from short-term stays to independent accommodation, addressing benefits, health and finances.

You will also support outreach activities and early morning sessions to engage with those bedding down, using strong literacy and IT skills to document progress and coordinate with partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welfare benefits and budgeting desirable.
• Strong literacy, communication, organizational and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed support to clients sleeping rough.
