Qualifications

• Trauma-informed approach to support clients

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed support to clients in self-contained units and outreach settings
• Assist clients with benefits, budgeting, health, finances and personal goals to move to long-term housing
• Deliver outreach support to people sleeping rough and participate in early morning outreach sessions
