Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, property lettings or housing administration.

• Flexibility to work across different sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy endings, including key returns and checking paperwork.
• Advertise vacant properties promptly to reduce rent loss.
• Monitor empty homes and ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Allocate properties in line with the Allocation Policy and Choice Based Lettings process.
• Arrange viewings and manage offers and refusals to speed up the letting process.
