Qualifications

• Experience in lettings/allocations or voids within social housing.
• Knowledge of housing allocations and tenancy requirements.
• Experience with local authority nominations and CB lettings.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate voids and lettings from termination to sign-up and handover.
• Process nominations and applications with fair allocations.
• Advertise properties, manage shortlists and coordinate viewings.
• Liaise with local authorities, teams and applicants for smooth lettings.
• Complete pre-tenancy assessments considering affordability and needs.
• Monitor void turnaround times, keep records and reports.
• Chair voids meetings and minimise delays and rental loss.
