Darlington Borough Council is seeking a Housing Projects Officer (Empty Homes & Licensing) to lead our efforts in tackling long-term empty homes and developing private sector housing initiatives across the borough.

You will identify empty properties, work with owners to understand reasons for vacancy and available support to bring homes back into use, and coordinate with other teams and external agencies to enforce when necessary.
