Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Housing Services Lead in Worcester to support residents in an Extra Care scheme. You will assist the Housing and Partnership Manager to ensure resident involvement informs service delivery and enables residents to live independently.

The role requires housing/tenancy experience, strong health and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and proficient digital skills. A nine-day fortnight and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or property management with resident-facing services.
• Solid health and safety knowledge and RoSH regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with records management.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing systems.
• Good digital skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship if needed.

• Assist Housing and Partnership Manager to link resident involvement with service delivery.
• Support residents to live independently in Extra Care scheme.
• Coordinate with residents, colleagues and contractors; maintain records.
