Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of housing management services within a designated Extra Care scheme. You will ensure safe, well-maintained properties that meet residents' needs and regulatory standards.

You will oversee upkeep, schedule repairs, manage contractor relationships, and champion excellent customer service, resident engagement, and value for money while supporting residents to live with dignity and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven housing management experience.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and RoSH Regulations.
• Experience of managing and scheduling property maintenance.
• Excellent organisational skills, including tenancy management.
• Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards if not held.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day housing management services within a designated Extra Care scheme.
• Oversee upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance of all properties within the scheme.
• Schedule repairs and manage contractor relationships with a focus on value for money.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and engage residents in activities and events.
