Housing 21 seeks a part-time Housing Services Lead to support the Housing and Partnership Manager in delivering high-quality services for residents in an Extra Care scheme. You will focus on resident involvement, safety, and effective tenancy management while building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors.

The role offers flexible working, a supportive culture, and a nine-day fortnight.

Qualificações

• Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Housing and Partnership Manager to ensure resident involvement is intrinsically linked to delivering excellent housing services.
• Help residents live independently within an Extra Care scheme.
• Maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities.
• Collaborate with contractors and colleagues to deliver services.
