Job summary

Housing 21 seeks a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator to create and manage engaging activities for residents, ensuring social inclusion and co-produced approaches with residents. The role is 18 hours per week across Monday–Friday with flexible hours at our schemes in the United Kingdom.

The post requires knowledge of older people, experience with vulnerable individuals, strong digital skills (Microsoft Office) and a track record in delivering themed activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of older people and related issues.
• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Good digital skills and experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience developing and delivering themed activities capable of engaging a diverse audience.
• Experience managing budgets (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a high quality activities programme.
• Promote social inclusion for all residents.
• Engage with external stakeholders to boost community engagement.
• Co-produce activity models with residents for schemes/villages.
