Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Housing Services Lead to support resident involvement and deliver high-quality housing services within an Extra Care scheme. You will assist the Housing and Partnership Manager, helping residents to live independently while coordinating with residents, colleagues, and contractors.

The role requires strong communication, organisational and digital skills, with a focus on RoSH compliance and tenancy processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or property management with resident-facing services.
• Solid understanding of RoSH regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing systems.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

• Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement
• Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities
• A collaborative working style, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems
• A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Willing to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship (if not held)
