Job summary

Thirteen Housing Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas, handling customer enquiries, ensuring rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.

You will help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, delight customers, and turn them into fans of Thirteen as the landlord of choice. A full UK driving licence is required and you’ll be part of a large team with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring that rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.
• Helping to resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Think differently making business decisions that have a lasting positive impact on our neighbourhoods.
• Be part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance is constantly on hand and training is provided.
