Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch around Cleckheaton, handling customer enquiries, ensuring rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income. You will help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues while delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.

As part of a dispersed team, you’ll travel to the Hull team office and our head office in Middlesbrough as required and work 2–3 days on patch.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations with tact and respect.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and ensure rent is paid and homes are let promptly.
• Help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
• Delight customers and turn them into advocates of Thirteen as landlord of choice.
