Job summary

Ng Homes Limited in Glasgow is inviting applications for a Housing Assistant (Part-time). The role delivers frontline customer services and supports the Neighbourhood Team with administrative duties across housing management, rent accounts, allocations, and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will be adaptable with strong IT and communication skills, working 17.5 hours per week on alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent frontline customer services to residents and customers.
• Support Neighbourhood Team with administrative tasks in housing management functions.
• Handle rent accounts and arrears, housing applications and allocations, and gas safety compliance.
• Assist with minor anti-social behaviour investigations and tenancy sustainment.
