Job summary

Livin Housing is seeking a Housing Services Adviser in Spennymoor, County Durham. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers on housing applications, lettings and allocations, and helping people access and bid for available homes.

You’ll work with Housing and Customer Services to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain records and provide admin support. The role promotes our digital services and supports customer engagement, with a clear path to long-term development in

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification relevant to housing or public service.
• Four GCSEs at grades 4–9 (A-C) including English and Maths.
• Willing to work towards Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.
• Previous housing experience is beneficial, but strong transferable customer service, administration, communication and organisational skills are welcomed.
