Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Property Repairs Administrator to support a busy housing repairs team. The role will be primarily based in Bishop Auckland with one day per week in Seaham; driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

You will manage the inbox, log communications in Salesforce, arrange repairs, and support planners, with a focus on accuracy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, preferably in housing, property services or repairs.
• Proficient with Excel and data management.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team inbox, sort referrals and produce summaries.
• Log correspondence and letters accurately on Salesforce.
• Create reports using the QL housing management system.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to follow up queries.
• Check and arrange repairs appointments for customers.
• Support repairs planners when required.
• Contact customers to arrange post-work inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
