Best Lives is seeking a Housing and Property Officer in a hybrid role based near Whittle-le-Woods, UK. You will coordinate repairs, liaise with contractors and landlords, and ensure properties are safe and well maintained for residents and staff.

You'll manage enquiries, keep detailed records, and support safety inspections while delivering a person-centred service. CIH Level 3 qualification is welcomed, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, repairs coordination, or property services with a focus on tenants.
• Knowledge of safety inspections, repairs, and property hazards is preferred.
• CIH Level 3 or equivalent housing qualification is welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate repairs from initial enquiry through to completion, keeping clear records.
• Arrange repairs with contractors and manage access to properties.
• Monitor progress and escalate urgent issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain safety checks (gas, electrical, fire alarm, emergency lighting) and certificates.
• Raise purchase orders and keep property/repair records up to date.
• Travel between Best Lives locations and properties as required.
