Job summary

Happy Days UK invites applications for a Property & Housing Coordinator to support daily management of residential properties in Calderdale, Halifax. You will coordinate inspections, repairs and contractor access while maintaining records and liaising with IronOak Homes and CMBC.

The role also supports void management and compliance tasks. We seek an organised, proactive candidate with experience in housing or facilities coordination, strong IT skills, and the ability to travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing, facilities or a similar environment.
• Ability to coordinate inspections and manage repairs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and confidence using electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled inspections of flats, bedsits and communal areas.
• Book and coordinate contractors and arrange access to properties.
• Monitor repairs and maintenance, ensuring records are up to date.
• Support void management and planning to minimise vacancy periods.
• Assist with compliance documentation and reporting.
